Brian G. Kelley
As Managing Director and Principal of the St. Louis office, Brian G. Kelley is responsible for Revel CRE’s day-to-day operations. Kelley focuses on executing clients’ goals at the highest level by fostering a collaborative culture within the team. He plays an active role in supporting brokerage and management efforts to align client requirements with strategic business, financial, and operational objectives. Kelley's business philosophy is based on building long-term client relationships, as well as growing Revel CRE’s coverage of the Midwest through careful recruiting as well as retaining top talent throughout the company.
In addition to his duties as Managing Director, Kelley will continue to serve clients in a brokerage capacity which includes retail, office, and industrial sales and leasing and investment sales.
Kelley focuses on retail, office, industrial, and investment brokerage. His background is extensive, ranging from leasing and management to corporate development. He launched his commercial real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield; Kelley diversified his experience when he joined Savoy Properties where he developed a portfolio of expertise that included office and warehouse as well as retail spaces.
Over the course of his career, Brian has orchestrated over $300 million in real estate transactions and is consistently ranked as a top producer. Well-known in St. Louis, Brian has earned a reputation for being a hardworking, honest, and a collaborative partner. With an approachable and friendly demeanor, Brian brings a calm, level-headed approach to a demanding and dynamic profession. In 2019, Brian was recognized as a “Top 100 St. Louisan to Know to Succeed In Business” by St. Louis Small Business Monthly.
Kelley is a licensed commercial realtor in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas. He holds an MBA from Webster University in addition to a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
In his free time, Kelley serves as the Allocation Coordinator for the Community Investment Team for United Way where he helps direct United Way funds to create the most impact. In addition, he is a member of the Alumni Board at his alma mater, Chaminade College Preparatory School. Kelley also participates with the Ancient Order of Hibernians St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
